1. Booking Confirmation and Payment Terms

1a. A booking is considered as confirmed after On Film Studio receives the require deposit amount stated of the invoice.

1b. Dates are considered as ‘held’ once a deposit invoice is sent to the client. This is only for a 2 day period, after then the date is marked as available again for other potential bookings.

1c. The ‘Remaining Statement’ is to be paid upon arrival at the studio. The balance can be paid via cash, card, BACs or Paypal.

 

2. Booking times

2a. Bookings times start as per confirmed time and if a client is late, booking fees are incurred from the agreed booking time.

 

3. Set Up and Take down time

3a. Clients must include set up and take down/clean up time within the hours booked, to avoid running over, as charge will be applied for this.

 

4. Cleaning & leaving the studio in reasonable state

4a. The studio must be left in reasonable state at the end of the clients booking to avoid additional cleaning charges (at discretion of On Film Studio).

 

5. Number of Attendees.

5a. Clients must abide by booking requirements agreed in advance for total number of attendees. As our rates are dependant on total number attendees, an increase may incur relevant additional charges.

5b. We have a Maximum number of attendees which is a maximum of 8. The specified maximum attendees must not be exceeded for security and safety reasons and we reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a booking if the studio is at capacity.

 

7. Minors

7a. Clients must ensure that all minors under the age of 16 are always accompanied by a chaperone/ adult. Minors must have parent’s or guardian’s permission to be at our premises, and/or to be photographed or filmed as relevant.

 

8. Use of Equipment

8a. If during your booking you use any of the lighting, sound or other equipment, all equipment used must be returned promptly at the end of the hire period in the original condition, and the client is liable for repair or replacement cost for any missing or damaged equipment.

8b. Clients may not remove the equipment from the studio premises; modify or alter or tamper with the equipment in any way; use the equipment in a manner not recommended by the manufacturer.

8c. Any required equipment, prop or studio booking add-ons must be requested and preferably added to booking in advance to ensure availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of any equipment or prop where it has not been specifically requested.

 

9. Breakages, Losses and Damages

9a. Clients are responsible for any breakages, losses or damages caused to the premises or equipment by the client, or any other person(s) during booking time.

9b. All equipment used is at the risk of the client and On Film Studio shall not be liable to the client for any loss, damage, expense, or for any consequential loss (including loss of profit) arising out of or in connection with; any damage to or loss of property by the client or third party; any breakdown, stoppage or failure of the facilities/equipment provided by On Film Studio.

9d. Clients must check any equipment provided and must notify On Film Studio at the time of supply if equipment is damaged or if the condition of the equipment is not acceptable. The client is responsible for any breakages or damage if On Film Studio was not notified at the time of supply.

 

10. Booking Changes and Cancellations

10a. Studio hire bookings can be re-schdeuled once without incurring any additional costs. Any more changes of date & time prior to this will be charged at the full hire rate & the full booking procedure is required (inclusive of booking confirmation deposit).

10b. Studio hire bookings can be cancelled with CANCELLATION FEES as stated below, which depend on notice time provided:
• Less than 7 days and more than 3 days (168 hours to 72 hours) notice time provided (from start time of booking): Cancellation fee equal to 50% of total booking fee.
• Less than 3 days (72 hours) notice time provided (from start time of booking): Cancellation fee equal to 100% of total booking fee.

 

11. Termination

11a. On Film Studio reserve the right to terminate any booking or hire contract if the client is found to be in breach of any of the terms and conditions.

 

13. Littering and Waste Disposal.

13a. Clients must not litter and drop waste on the inside or outside of our premises, and must put all litter in internal bins. Additional bin bags will be provided and clients are responsible for ensuring all waste is disposed off. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.

14. Event Policies.

14a. Any & all events hosted at On Film Studio are by bookings only. Confirmation is deemed to be when the client has 1. completed their order through the online shop system or 2. by payment of their stated deposit amount via the clients invoice.

14b. On Film Studio reserve the right to refuse any booking. If a deposit has been paid, this is to be refunded to the client.

14c. Cancellation of any event booking within 48 hours of the event start time, requires the client to pay 100% of the statement balance.

14d. The ‘Remaining Statement’ is to be paid upon arrival at the studio. The balance can be paid via cash, card, BACs or Paypal.

14e. All images produced from events are to be used for portfolio uses only, unlike the model has signed a release form (the photographer must supply their own). If a release form is signed, this is a contract between the them (the model) & the photographer.

15. Variations

15a. These Terms and Conditions are valid at time of booking and are subject to variation. Clients will be notified of any variations prior to booking.

16. Applicable Law

16a. The laws of the United Kingdom shall govern all agreements.

6a. Any changes of date & time to the photo shoot booking will be charged at the full photo shoot rate & the full booking procedure is required (inclusive of booking confirmation deposit).

6b. Photo shoot bookings can be cancelled with CANCELLATION FEES as stated below, which depend on notice time provided:
• Less than 7 days and more than 3 days (168 hours to 72 hours) notice time provided (from start time of booking): Cancellation fee equal to 50% of total booking fee.
• Less than 3 days (72 hours) notice time provided (from start time of booking): Cancellation fee equal to 100% of total booking fee.

 

7. Copyright

7a. All photographic materials, including but not limited to digital files, negatives, transparencies, proofs, and previews, shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer (Eve Bickley Photography).

 

8. Client Usage

8a. The Client is obtaining prints/ digital images for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions thereof by parties other than the Photographer (Eve Bickley Photography). Without permission from the Photographer, the Client shall not download, copy, print, screen shot, use as a basis for derivative works, manipulate in any way, or otherwise use the Photographer’s images.

 

9. Retouching

9a. All images will be adjusted for skin blemishes, exposure, brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc to The Photographer’s discretion.

9b. Retouching, digital manipulation and artist finishing is available to the Client as an option at extra cost

 

10. Termination

11a. On Film Studio/ Eve Bickley Photography reserve the right to terminate any booking if the client is found to be in breach of any of the terms and conditions.
